I have read through all the emails to and from our company.It may not have been handled in the best way, and I am sorry for that.This is the facts as I see it within the emails(I cannot say what may or may not have been said over the phone)-The Customer, as he stated, asked a bunch of questions, about some parts for his axle.-The Customer then asked about a different part and if it would "work."-The Customer was told that it would work for his "drive flange housings." That being a different part of the axle than his previous questions were about.-The Customer then ordered the product from our websiteIt was NOT placed over the phone.-After the customer received the product that was ordered, his email to us was "Hey goose , you sent me the wrong parts!! I waited a week for the wrong part! Thanks!"-First off, Goose did not take the order, it was placed onlineThis email also never requested return information at this point.-It wasn't till a later email that the customer emailed: "Still waiting for return instructions "-Goose then informed him that he would no longer be able to help him and to contact another associate.-At that point the customer emailed our main email account, [email protected] to request return informationHe was then sent our standard email reply for customers asking to return an item for a refund:Hello [redacted] , Please send all items back to the following address Low Range Off RoadS W Orem UT 84058RMA # ***Once we receive the items you will have a 15% restocking fee to have it returned to your credit card If the item(s) are damaged in any way/shape/form, we will only be able to refund you the amount we can get by selling the item(s) on eBayThank You -The reply email we received from the customer was riddled with threats and name calling.We no longer wish to do business with the customer.We also have been informed that the customer has filed a claim with his credit card company for the charges
