Review: To President of Revdex.com,I am writing to address the service issue that I have experienced with Low Rate Locksmith (License LCO5938.On October 13, 2015 at around 8:30AM I've got into contact with Low Rate Locksmith and informed them of the service that I need: replace my Vehicle Honda Prelude 2001 car key. Someone was sent out around late noon to replace my lost car key. However, he was unsuccessful in creating a Car key that will start my engine yet wanted to charge me for $310. I have refuse to pay for a product that does not work for me. He later verbally threaten my brother that he will push my vehicle to the middle of the street if I do not pay for the $310. Officers were contact in this matter, but dispatch was not sent out due to issue being a civil case. To follow up on this case other business was contacted for second opinion: [redacted] Dealer & Revdex.com. As result, Locksmith Tech stormed out threatening I the consumer for a lawsuit and followup with a Private Line call from 24/7 Locksmith impersonating his supervisor to use an authority voice to intimidate me into making a deal. This Locksmith Tech has left me in many ways stressed and afraid to operate my vehicle in fear of losing my life and my family's life.As a follow up on my behalf, I am contacting the Revdex.com to help me better address Low Rate Locksmith and to please hold Low Rate Locksmith accountable for their actions as a professionally License Locksmith and also to prevent this from occurring to other customers. I request that Revdex.com write a letter to address this issue with Low Rate Locksmith. Please have the Department of Security & Investigation of Revdex.com make a mandatory reevaluation of Low Rate Locksmith for their service to the greater community then report back to the community of Sacramento.Thank you for time in reading this Complaint.Desired Settlement: I understand that the Locksmith Tech has came out and work on my vehicle and I have agreed with him to pay for his time and labor for no more than $30 - $50 dollars, but I refused to pay for his failed attempt of making me a program key when it does not turn on my engine. Because the key is not a Honda made product, the access code may need to be reset again due to his fail attempt.
