Documentation from 3rd party Asco (the manufacturer)  No problems found.  Customer had installed valves in the wrong direction.  There is an arrow on the bottom of each valves which shows the direction of flow.  As to Mr. [redacted] claim, we NEVER under any circumstance...

send product to a customer who claims its “not working”.  I explained to Mr. [redacted] that he would be charged in full for another 8 valves and would be credited upon the manufacturer deeming the valves defective.  That didn’t happen I have 8 used valves in perfect working order that belong to Mr. [redacted].  I have not yet shipped them back to Mr. [redacted] because in our last conversation he let me know I would be getting a charge back on my credit card statement.  I wish to send them back to him but am waiting on statement. Thx
