because it was my understanding that they would not be charging our patients.  I have since changed to a different lab company due to this specific issue.  I just checked in our system and 60 days of medication were ordered.  I have no reason to suspect that the order was not filled and shipped the way they were written. is not a placebo.  Sometimes we need to make several adjustments to the dose before we see the results we want, but that was explained up front.  When we checked her labs at the six week point we did see improvements in several of the hormone levels.  We do not result those levels ourselves.  We send those to [redacted], which is one of the biggest labs in the country. Our nurse practitioners check the vitamin D levels every time when we update lab work.  If we see the levels increase above normal we drop the dose.
