Dear Revdex.com,Here is an answer to this complaint.Yes, we were delayed in responding to *** *** emails due to unforeseen circumstances. During the summer months, we were operating on a skeleton staff, having the scientists working shipping/receiving, inventory,
correspondence, etc. We are now fully staffed. We responded to MsBryant's initial email August 1, with an RMA. We later apologized and refunded her *** account IN FULL on October 3, 2017.Our policy for returned Blue Blocking filters states "RETURNED FILTERS WHICH HAVE BEEN UNPACKAGED OR USED WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED 80% OF PURCHASE COST". The filter price was $plus shipping. The filter that *** *** returned had many finger prints on it and scratches. Therefore 80%of the purchase price, or $79.20, was eligible for refund. Because of our tardiness, we refunded her the FULL purchase price of $on October 3, 2017.Thank you.LowBlueLights Customer Service
