Lowe Carting & Recycling

Review: The captioned business is a trash hauler. They placed a dumpster in my driveway for some roofing work I was having done. The work was completed three weeks ago, but Lowe Carting & Recycling refuses to come and pick up the dumpster because of a billing dispute between them and the contractor who did the work. My driveway is being held hostage as a result. This is unacceptable, and a terrible way to do business. I have no financial liability here (I paid the contractor), but I am the one being punished. I'm not even sure what Lowe Carting & Recycling is doing is legal.Desired Settlement: I want the dumpster out of my driveway as soon as possible!

Review: On 08/01/14, I paid Lowe's Carting and Recycling 72.60 for three months of trash pickup service from my residency; which was scheduled to start on Thursday (08/08/14). When I arrived home I noticed that my trash had not been removed. I contacted Lowe's Carting and Recycling the next day and spoke with [redacted] stated that they do not services my area and that they must have made an error when recording my address. I asked [redacted] what method would she be using to refund my payment. She stated that they would mail me a check and she would send me an confirmation email. After waiting three hours I had not received a email from [redacted]. I called [redacted] and informed her that I had not received a email from her; she said that's because I haven't sent it yet. I waited another three hours and I still didn't receive a email from [redacted]. I called her back again, and asked if she had sent the email. [redacted] said "No!" and I'm not going to send it because I'm not at the office. [redacted] asked me if I was in the [redacted]. I responded no ma'am I'm was in the [redacted]. She then said if you call me again I'll call your commanding officer and hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I only request to receive confirmation of my refund.
