Buyer Beware!!
I have to share my incident with this dealership and want to warn anyone before they buy a vehicle or waste time going to look at vehicles from hereAt first everything seemed great when we bought my Nissan PathfinderWe were a little hesitant because it was a rental car from New York but we went ahead and bought it as well as the extended warranty to be safeCome to find out our vehicle had a warranty issueNo problem that’s on us for not researching the vehicle fully before we bought itTook it to Nissan and it was fully covered from the warrantyThis is where things get horrificThe tech explains to us that the axel, bracket, bearings on the car are so corroded his hasn’t seen one this badThe nuts and bolts were completely strippedIt had basically become so hot it all melted togetherWhen we bought the vehicle we specifically asked about this since it came from New York with all the salt they have from snowThey assured us it wasn’t a problem and we looked over their inspection and mark up of the vehicleThey flat out LIED to usWhen I spoke to the OWNER of the dealership he told me “We DON’T have to disclose that information” so not only do you not care about the safety of a vehicle but it’s ok to lie to a paying customer to get a vehicle off their lotAfter a while he said he would only pay half of the bill up to a specific amount and that I was lucky to be getting that from themThe extended warranty wouldn’t cover the work so I was left to pay for thisNot only that but when my car was finished the tech called me again and said they did a final inspection of the vehicle and said he found the most shocking thingThe dealership NEVER put an air filter in my engineSomething that takes seconds to do and cost at most $and is required to have in order to sell the vehicle and needed for the inspection to get past and they didn’t even put one in itThat’s how CARELESS this dealership isWhen I called them back to get payment they promised I told their Manager *** about the filter not being there and all she said was “Well what do you want me to do about it?” She acted as if I was bothering her with pointless problems and it wasn’t a big dealI had my two infant children with me when buying this carWe put their car seats in the car after we purchased and drove off the lotThis is dealership is not reputable and is a sham! I want to warn any one from them and hope to save someone else from experiencing this!!!

I am rejecting this response because:Lowe Chevrolet, just change your name to Lie ChevroletThe lies that we were repeatedly told while dealing with Lowe Chevrolet was just of the reasons a complaint was filed and the response to the complaint from Lowe Chevrolet is yet another lieThe only truth in the entire response was that they were not prepared, which is %their own fault considering I called on Thursday and made an appointment to be there on Saturday. We did not sign papers on Saturday because after we sat there for hours, they told us they couldn't get them done that dayWe were told that they would bring the papers and the truck to me on the following Monday. Monday morning I get a call that said the truck and the papers were ready and we were going to meet at 5:00, at 4:40 I get a call saying that they can't make it today and it would have to be the next daySooothe next day (Tuesday) after finding out that the sales women lied to me about the truck and papers being ready on Monday, the manager told me the truck was finally ready and they would bring it at 5:00, I told them to bring a temporary license tag for it when they cameAt 5:40 the truck finally showed up, only minutes late, with no temp tagI told them I was keeping the dealer plate until they got me one, we signed the papers and done deal right, WRONGA week (days) not weeks like the LIAR said goes by and I receive a call informing me that we need to sign new papers because they never got anthing finalized with the financing, and that the payment and the interest rate was going to go upSo, days later, on Thursday, that's days not weeksSee they just can't help themselves they love to lieWe had the truck for days when they brought us a whole new contract and expected me to sign it on the spotThey were told we were not signing anything until my banker and my lawyer looked them overI had the papers evaluated, we signed them and then shipped them through priority mail on Friday, that's the next day after Thursday, which makes a total of days which is a week and a half, not weeksNeedless to say, Lowe Chevrolet is by far the WORST establishment that I have ever done business with. Apologies need to be made and there needs to be recourse for the deceitfulness, compensation for time and distressThis was awful.

My car was leaking gas and the truck was towed (based on my local dealership's recommendation) to Lowe's in *** **The car was delivered there on 4/ I talked to a sales person (**) several times; I spoke with Ashley in service about three different timesFriday about a.mwas the last time I spoke with someoneThey are not returning my calls and won't let me know what (if anything) they are going to do with the car There is a lot of rust But the truck has a year or 36,mile warrantyI have only owned the vehicle months and only have 4,miles on it (The Chevrolet Silverado, 2011)

We have had nothing but terrible serviceWe finally sign papers and accept delivery of rhe vehicleThey contacted us on Tuesday over a week later...telling us we have ro sign again with a higher interest rate and higher payment it is the second time we have thought we were doneWe asked that our lawyer be allowed to look these overThey are threatening to steal the vehicle back from us if we do not sign them right now

They looked at the truck and decided to purchase it. They signed the papers, but we had to have them resign them. We had a new finance person in the office, and we weren’t as prepared as we should have been. As far as the higher payment and interest rate, the credit union contacted us to adjust the...

rate for financial reasons which they have the right to do. I called the customer directly and explained this and how we couldn’t control this, but to help out, we changed the gap insurance price for them from resale price to cost (which means we make no profit off of it) to help absorb some of the financial impact. It made it $5 different in payments.  We made arrangements for paperwork and to take them to them to make up for their inconvenience. When I sent the first employee out to pick up the papers, they choose not to sign them. They stated they wanted to have someone look at them before they did, which we completely understood. We gave them some time and sent someone out again and they again said no they would not sign it until their lawyer looked at it. At that point, they had the opportunity to look at the paperwork and had had the truck for about 3 weeks. I told them we need to either have the papers signed (or the finance company was going to back out) or they were going to have to bring the truck back. They took that as me being rude, but I didn’t mean it rudely, just there would have to be a decision made. They finally did sign the papers and we received them a week later.
