I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from the Lowe Hotel is a total lieIt took them from 4/15/until 5/1/to come up with a response to my claim, therefore they have had days to take pictures of other guests messes or alcohol, mixed drinks that they state that I contributed toI was in that room max minutes not the hours she now claims that I was there I never had any mixed drink, no alcohol and the only issue with the bed was that yes I stripped back the covers to evaluate the mattress as I do all hotel staysThis is how I managed to find the bed bugsShe states that they have a yearly contract with Terminix, YEALRYBed bugs can come at anytime so clearly this contact with Terminix she has proves nothing as bed bugs can come at any given time I left that hotel at 10:30PMI have attached a copy of the new hotel that we had to book showing a time of 10:52:17PM on the exact same date that I paid to stay in the Lowe hotel If you do the route, you will see that we had to travel several streets, cross over the river from WV back into OH to find another hotel due to the issues at this hotelIf I checked out at 11:like this hotel states, then how did I get a receipt from Super in *** ** at 10:52:17PM on 4/14/before the time she states that I checked outI had to drive, find this place, park, go in and grab my luggage pay to get my receipt all before 10:52:17pm and again, she states I was there until 11:00PMNow, she states that she told me she would contact the hotel manager in the AM about a refundThis is another lie, because Ms*** told me she was the owners daughter and she was indeed the hotel manager. I am very dissatisfied with this whole process and I am asking again for a refund. At this point, I will file a small claims court case to keep others from having this same issue it is totally up to themI have came this far with this process so I am not going to let it die nowI will gladly pay the filing fee and court costs necessary to prove that this lady is lying and to keep others from being a victim of fraud from this place of business If you look at the Lowe hotel reviews online, you will find that I am not the only person who has been having these issuesAt this point, the only resolution to this matter is a full refund of or I will see her in court and I will be happy to forward the Revdex.com the court documentation if she fails to comply with my refund

The enclosed letter and pictures are in response to assigned concern ID #[redacted] that was submitted to you on 4/15/2017. We are sending this in our response to [redacted] complaint statement.We are sending a copy of Ms. [redacted]'s registration card as well as a copy of her Mastercard sale. We are...

also sending pics of the room the morning following they departure. First please note that she claimed to arrive at 9:45 pm however the point of sale shows that they arrived just prior to 21:07 military time —that is 9:07 pm for regular time watchers! Our evening desk clerk said they left just after 11pm. That is about two hours in the bedroom they rented and in our opinion long enough to require recleaning of the room.They did call the front desk about 9:15 about the tv and the A/C. Our desk clerk immediately went up to reprogram the TV/WiFi and gave them a large fan. We are a Historic Hotel which uses window A/C that we have in every room May 1- mid Oct.  Apparently two hours later Ms. [redacted] and a man came to the front desk asking for their money back. The desk clerk told them that she would have to speak with the hotel manager or owner in the morning. The other flowing pics were taken early the next morning when I arrived at the hotel. First they didn’t even full the sheets down however they rolled all over the bed. They drank four Miller Lights and one red cocktail in a can. In the used bathroom they stained a towel with some type of red — most likely from the red cocktail.In one last comment Ms. [redacted] wrote about bed bugs that we fully dispute. Our hotel may  well be historic and have a different type of charm than chain hotels offer but we are clean and have yet to acquire the allusive "bed bug. We have a yearly contract with Terminix that comes here every month. You are welcome to call them at [redacted] if you have any questions.In closing this letter we would like to let you be aware that we have a no refund policy if you stay two hours of 20 hours if you use the room at all.
