Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I certainly DID NOT file a complaint in order to just receive free pizza, but you couldn't even offer me THATI have already responded to Mr [redacted] personal email and told him I would NOT be ordering any more from this store due to poor service even after complaining more than onceMy family loves Papa Johns and my children are saddened everytime we order and I just can't do that anymoreWe have lost all trust in good customer service from this store Regards, [redacted]

On 9/22/Mohsen A [redacted] agreed to forward a $credit to me from the distributor After numerous requests, Bells still has not issued the credit

My parent spent days in their memory care facility I frequently found her room in an unsanitory state and she would be eating in their coomen dining area She had three infections during her time their and they were directly related to the nature of the sanitations issues She suffers from severe dementia and received little assistance She was even sent to the hospital in an ambulance unattended The staff were over worked and out spoken about their dissatisfaction with their employer

*** *** papa johns called me on 10/say they would refund my money by my debit card I don't trust them to do that and I don't trust them having my debit card # saved I am afraid that won't pay me and rack up more chargesif they pay me quickly and don't abuse my card I will drop the case against them

We regret that this customer has become confused in this situation and has chosen to take out their frustrations on the wrong partyQuality Air Duct Cleaners, Inc had been contracted by the property management company that handles Ms*** property complex in Homewood, ILThe contract was
specifically for dryer vent cleaning with external access onlyThe contract included all units in the complex including the unit in which Ms*** residesAll work was completed as agreed upon with the management group as well as some basic cleanup of dryer lint on the property that had been a concern of some of the residentsOur contract provided that the management company would be responsible for the entire cost of cleaning the complexIn some instances, residents of the complex had attempted to pay our technicians while they accomplished the taskWe politely informed them that any fee to the residents had been determined by the property management company and should be paid to them as instructed by the management companyTo date, neither the management company nor any other resident of this complex has contacted Quality Air Duct Cleaners, Inc with a concern about the work done with the exception of Ms***Quality Air has received many calls from Ms*** and we have attempted to explain multiple times how and why the work was doneAt one point she had admitted that her dryer was working fine with no problemsHowever, she has repeatedly demanded an invoice from our company and a refundOur explanations of why we could not provide an invoice (our customer is/was the management company) and why we would not issue a refund (we had not collected any payment from Ms***) seemed to fall on deaf ears and we were the recipient of rude comments, combative interruptions and abrupt hang-ups in the middle of speakingWe have exhausted our capability of explaining the situation to Ms*** and regret that we were unable help her understand that she was not our customer and that any concerns she may have about the type of work and payment by the residents must be directed to her property management companyIf/when we were to receive any legitimate concern from the property management company, we would address it in a timely and professional mannerHowever, we have not received any such contact to date

Unprofessional and unresponsiveSlightly cheaper than box stores but definitely not worth the aggravationMohsen agreed to simply forward me a $credit from the supplier (due to an error) but then ignored my calls/emails for more than months and then refused to pay He tried to offer me store credit instead of cash saying that the supplier only issued supplier credit to Bells but this was a just a hoaxOnly after filing a law-suit did I finally recover the credit See formal Revdex.com complaint for more info
