We received a phone call from [redacted] on February **, requesting a HVAC estimate for a project at [redacted] ***On February **, a site meeting with [redacted] to review the job was performedLowell Mechanical than forwarded a proposal for a 2-zone central heating and air conditioning systemOn April [redacted] (12:30pm) [redacted] called our office and informed Lowell Mechanical that we were awarded the job [redacted] requested our Southampton license and certificate of liability [redacted] stated that he wanted to file Lowell Mechanical paperwork to acquire his building permitLowell Mechanical then notified our insurance company for certificate of liability made out to [redacted] ***per ***'s requestWe put the documents together with our HVAC license and certificate of liabilityLowell Mechanical hand delivered documents to [redacted] on the same day as he requestedLowell Mechanical drafted mechanical drawings and fabricated sheet metal plenums and assorted fittings for the jobOn July **, Lowell Mechanical drove past [redacted] and saw another HVAC company truck in the drivewayLowell Mechanical called [redacted] on this day and he told us he gave the job to another companyWe were never informed that we were no longer the HVAC contractor for [redacted] On August *, our office forward an invoice for services renderedOn or about August **, [redacted] called our office to question the invoice and informed Lowell Mechanical that he was not going to pay for our servicesOn September *, Lowell mechanical filed a mechanics lienDesired settlement: Lowell Mechanical Increquest full payment
