Raodrunner was the company 3-day blinds chose to manufacture and install our shutterssales people came out to our house to confirm measurements to build a shutter for one windowOnce the shutter was made (month later), the installer came out, only to tell us that the bottom of the shutter was made incorrectly, and the shutter was the wrong colorRoadrunner spent a whole month longer to fix this problemWe ordered the shutter in OctoberIt is now December 17th, 2015, and the shutter was supposed to be installed today between 3-5pmI called Roadrunner at 3pm to find out an accurate etaThe receptionist said she had cancelled my call for installing the shutter todayI was furiousNow she said it is rescheduled for Saturday morningThere is absolutely no urgency for them to install our shutter, even though we have been waiting over months nowRemember, this is for ONLY window, not the whole houseDid I mention that they collected 50% doen of the job total before submitting our order, then charged the remaining balance as siin as the shutter was originally made? So they collected 100% of their money before the installation was even scheduledThat was back in NovemberHere we are a week before ChristmasThe shutter was paid for 100%, and we are still waiting for our shutter to be installedWe expressed that when somebody makes a mistake, that mistake should become a priority to correct.Roadrunner does NOT agree with thisWe are extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of care we have been shown from Roadrunner Furniture and ShuttersIf I treated my clients in this manner, I would lose all my customers

On February 19, we purchased window coverings for our entire house from 3-Day Blinds Shutters were purchased for the Living Room and Dining Room 3-Day Blinds assigned this contract to Roadrunner Furniture and Shutters Estimated Delivery was on or before 04/17/ Roadrunner sent "Tom" out to measure There are windows in the Living Room and larger one in the Dining Room The living room windows "corner."
On March they came to install The living room frames had not been built correctly, so they took those back, but installed the Dining Room ones I pointed out to the installer that they looked terrible and he agreed
04/Brandon back to install LR Still don't fit
June "Tom" came out remeasured everything and agreed that what was installed was bad and would remake the Shutters Still nothing on one of the LR windows
July they reinstalled entire job
July pins started falling out
They still look terrible and uneven, but I am tired They have NEVER been here on time, and once when scheduled for to 4, called at 3:and asked to come at p.mfor a hour job
