On February 19, 2016 we purchased window coverings for our entire house from 3-Day Blinds. Shutters were purchased for the Living Room and Dining Room. 3-Day Blinds assigned this contract to Roadrunner Furniture and Shutters. Estimated Delivery was on or before 04/17/16. Roadrunner sent "Tom" out to measure. There are 2 windows in the Living Room and 1 larger one in the Dining Room. The living room windows "corner."
On March 29 they came to install. The living room frames had not been built correctly, so they took those back, but installed the Dining Room ones. I pointed out to the installer that they looked terrible and he agreed.
04/25. Brandon back to install LR. Still don't fit.
June 7 "Tom" came out remeasured everything and agreed that what was installed was bad and would remake the Shutters. Still nothing on one of the LR windows.
July 6 they reinstalled entire job.
July 7 pins started falling out.
They still look terrible and uneven, but I am tired. They have NEVER been here on time, and once when scheduled for 12 to 4, called at 3:45 and asked to come at 6 p.m. for a 4 hour job.
Do not let these people in your home.
