Review: Lowenberg charged my credit card for services that were not completed and when I cancelled my appt they refunded me the money but charged me $2500.00 for a cancellation fee. I was never disclosed that they would be a cancellation fee or authorized that charged.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my $2500.00. There was no service completed. I never signed or received any documents stating I would be charged half for a cancellation fee.
