I am not sure what this man is talking about and is blatantly lying on this email. His response shows his unprofessionalism and because of it I am going to file a complaint with the State Board of Psychology and the State of Ohio Attorney Generals officeI did not show up on September because the appointment was cancelled previouslyThey are claiming they did not get my voicemail which is not trueHe can send you the consent forms all he wants and I do not doubt them however that is not the issueThe issue is he is charging me for an appointment that was cancelled and he states he never knewI wonder to how many other patients he does this toHe is blatantly lying on his response because what he is telling you is that this was sent to collections on December and it is not trueIt was just sent to collections which I am also disputingHe was sending invoices and not willing to settle anything with me at all which he states I never tried but you will soon see I did In addition since he wants to show emails if you look at the timestamp it is clear that I did not set the appointment, *** did and that is why I cancelled it once I found out and that is the email for 10/These appointments where told to me by and I did cancel hours in advance which is why you see the response from me as to what is going onI am happy he sent those emails as I could not find them and that will help my complaint with the agencies above. Furthermore he lies please take a look at the other email that he did not sent you that clearly shows that I in good faith tried to settle the matter with him and he lied stating this already went to collection and it did notIt went to collection in March of and I have his invoices since December to prove he never sent it:
His unprofessionalism goes beyond just lying, but to make statements about weather I am angry or not is divulging certain private sessions we have which he is supposed to keep confidential and trying to use data from those sessions here to benefit himselfBy the length of his response it is clear his malicious intent as my anger had nothing to do with what is going on hereNotice the end of his letter is another clear intent of lying in his part by reading the emails pasted aboveI am fighting the collection and now waiting on the Psychology Board and the Attorney Generals officeI told *** *** he is wrong and I will not payThis has nothing to do with my sessions with himThe collection company already notified me that they will not be putting this on my credit until all forms of filings are finishedI will continue to fight this fee until he cancels it out. I do not recommend his services and hope this mark stays on his record with the Revdex.comHe maybe a big shot psychologist but a lying twiting, manipulating one that is using his profession in this matter to benefit himself and try to get away with what I consider robbery at this pointHe never had any intention of settling anything

I am responding to *** ***'s complaint against our company that is dated April 22, 2015.This office is a psychological practice located in the *** *** area of Columbus*** ***and their son's mother had been involved in therapeutic services at this office for several weeks
andhad regularly scheduled appointmentsTheir last scheduled appointment at this office was onSeptember 3, and unfortunately *** *** and his son did not show up for this scheduledappointment that he had scheduled and arranged forOn the bottom of our Service Slips it indicatesthat there is a charge if the scheduled appointment is not canceled without hours notice*** ***also stated that he was not a patient at this office, yet as you can see from the Adult Registrationmaterials, he was a patient at this office and completed the registration information and also signed theInformed Consent and Other Acknowledgments form where it clearly indicates on Page that thepatient is charged for Missed Appointments at the hourly charge*** *** was given this form toread and sign at his initial appointment at this office on April and as you can see he signed that hewas in agreement with all of the office policies at Lowenstein & Associates, Inc.He was notified of this Broken Appointment on September 3, at the time and then chose tonot respond to any of the monthly billings and statements with our office until October where hestates that he did not know of the missed appointment charges, yelling on the phone that he would notpay for the services, then agreeing to pay for the services at a reduced fee, etcHe also shared thisinformation in several emails that I have enclosed with this correspondenceThere were severalattempts to clear this matter up with *** *** but he was only willing to not follow any of thesuggestions and only wanted this practice to agree with him not paying the balance owed and blamingthe missed charges on everyone but himself since he had arranged for the appointment.*** *** also states in his complaint that he called the offices hours in advance to cancel theappointmentWhile our office is not able to save phone calls where the patient does not leave a voicemail message during the day or in the evenings, I can inform you that we have all the voice mailrecordings from to hours before his scheduled appointment and there are no indications that heleft any messages on September 1, September and the morning of September He also stated onone phone call to this office that he did not call the office as he stated that he forgot the appointmentdate and time completely.This office has been providing services to the Central Ohio community for over years to dateand never in all of these years have we ever had a complaint against us with the Better BusinessBureauWe also have served 1000's of patients and have an excellent reputation in the community asyou can see from our web site and the many testimonials that many well respected professional in thecommunity have given us.I am not sure why *** *** is making this complaint and he did state in a phone message thathe would do whatever was necessary to not pay this balanceIt was also very clear during histreatment at this office that he is an angry man who only wants things to go his wayHe signed theInformed Consent forms, read our Office Policy and he was given over five (5) months before hisaccount was sent to our Collection Service where it presently is being taken care ofIt is unfortunatethat *** *** did not try and settle this account in a more favorable manner and without being angryand yelling at our Office Manager and staff as well as meWe had tried to settle this matter and nowhe is trying to have this settled with the Revdex.com even though he was aware four (4)months ago that the account would be sent to the Collection Services company in March If hetried to make payments then this account would have been settled but now that it is in the hands of theCollection Service agency the matter is out of our hands and being serviced be another entity that willdo whatever is necessary to collect on the account including noting *** ***'s failure to pay with thecredit reporting agencies.I am attaching the following information to this correspondence:Adult Registration Form - *** *** is the patientInformed Consent and Other Acknowledgements Form - signed and acknowledged by Mr.GomezBlank Service SlipCopies of email sent from Humberto Gornez to me
Please let me know if you are in need of any additional documentation for this complaint as I hopethat this will settle this account so that this office can close the account and notify the CollectionServices AgencySincerely,

The worst family counseling experience I've ever had! we spent most of our sessions talking to the "doctor" about how he would be paid even after I assured him I have an FSA with thousand$ in itIn our last session he called me a liar and lied on my attorney saying she said I'm full of sh*tI called two weeks after our last session to request a bill so that I could resolve the acct and instead of returning my call they sent the $bill to collections! this guy is a joke and I'm giving serious consideration to suing him for malpracticeMy advice, STAY AWAY from this quack!.....Update: I went into the office on 3/to pay the bill and was assured by the receptionist that she would contact the collection agency to inform them that it had been paidOver the past few days, something's been saying to me "just call the collection agency to make sure they've received notice that the acct is paid in fullToday 4/I spoke with the collection agency only to find out that they haven't been notified so I had to fax the receipt myselfThese are the most underhanded practices I've ever seen!
