knew this would be a revolving door, I had my doubts of even touching it, the part that I tried to repair, the shingles would not work on the practically flat roof, I informed him that the pitch either needed to be raised or low slope material was needed to do the job properlyOn my 3rd attempt, I met ** *** outside his houseHe told me not to worry about the repair any longer because he & his father were going to change the pitch on the roof themselvesI offered to give him a full refund of $and he told me not to worry about it but I said I would still refund him half of the $He agreed that would be fineAlso, I told him if they needed any assistance or suggestions, to please not hesitate to call me & I would help free of charge.Sincerely,David W***OwnerLower Bids Roofing

I have been trying to contact the company for weeks trying to get my issue resolved. His story is inaccurate, he does not even have my name right. We did talk about getting me a refund. He told be he would be back later that day or maybe in the morning he never return or heard back from him. He said he could fix the leak and warranty it, if he had a issue/worry with the roof he should have not agreed to take the job.
