First of all, everyone at Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery nofslv.com is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. I needed a single tooth implant for a tooth that I had lost several years before. I am very careful about who I choose as a doctor for me or my family and the doctor who did my implant I found to be board certified and he came very highly recommended (Dr. [redacted] was his name). The doctor not only helped me get the best diagnosis and care, they have an implant person that specifically works with you to make sure you get the most out of your insurance and offer several options for payment to make it as affordable as possible. They also coordinate very closely with your dentist (mine is Dr. [redacted] at [redacted] ) which makes everything go smooth on that end after the implant is placed. All in all they seem very organized and efficient and give you the best experience possible.

I did not do a home inspection.  I did a [redacted] 203k inspection (used when a person is buying ahome that needs repair.  Well and septic inspection needs to be perform by a company that specializing in that field....

Second I did not chanrge for that service.  He had a company perform the septic inspection, the septic needed repairs, I added the repairs in the write to the bank, the septic company needed to draw a diagram of the home, septic well, which he did twice and it was not accepted by the bank.  I went out to the house and made the diagram byself (no charge to the client) they needed that to being to the building department (well and septic distance did not meet [redacted] guildness, needed aproval from building department.  Later it was determined that the inground pool and pool house did not have a permit, and could not get one and they needed to be removed from the property.  The clients try to get a credit, but the bank said no.  So the client could not buy this property.  I also did a termite inspection of the property and did not charge the client.

Review: This person who does home inspections was recommended by my at the time loan officer. When he came to do the house inspection he skipped over several main parts of the inspection including the well and septic. Which later on I had to hire my own septic inspection through another private company which I had to pay out of pocket in the amount of $487 to later find out that the septic on this piece of property FAILED. If He Had done his job correctly all of this could have been avoided. But since he failed to do his job properly I had to pay twice for two inspections. He was mainly focused on when he was going to get paid. Me being a first time home buyer did not know of these inspections, and , how it is a serious health violation. But since he doesn't live there he could give two craps if it PASSED or FAILED. So due to this issue I am out almost $2000 and the deal on this house that I was trying to purchase for my wife and 8 mos old son fell through.. So I would highly recommend staying away from America's Pest Solutions. He is a fraud and when I tried finding out through my loan office she informed me that he is a [redacted] consultant not a licensed home inspector. Okay so why does he carry a license # of [redacted] on his business cards and on his Inspection report that I have in hand saying the home was satisfactory?Desired Settlement: In the full amount of $886. which I paid for the Home Inspection $400 and another $486 to get the septic inspected by a professional. I believe he should be solely responsible for both since he failed to do a thorough house inspection.
