I am rejecting this response because:  Unacceptable.  This company went from 1/2 refund to $50.00.  We will be taking other action to resolve this issue.  If the company came to a dump, they must have been very hungry for money to do the job. They should immediately refuse to do the work if they see they cannot do it properly. They have never met me as I was not in the home the day they cleaned and I have a recorded of the place I was where the pet was taken to the vet.  They are hereby being placed on notice that they must retain all recordings since their calls are recorded.  Also, in the State of Florida, it is ILLEGAL to perform videoing of a property without the owner's consent.  No one here gave authorization for a recording and when the call was made for the appointment; there was no recording at that time so, we will be able to verify all this and so they should preserve those records. As for the business in PA, they are the ones who redirected the complaint from Pennsylvania and stated this company was using their name.  This is really not about who is using whose name except there are quite a few people using Loew's to fool the customer into believing they are dealing with the reputable business Lowe's. Thank you.

mentally challenged people with Hoarding disorder among other things. Our technician was barely able to operate in the house trying to move between all the mess. They had pills all over the place and looked completely out of their mind that our technician was afraid for his life while working there.Instead of ever going to their house again, we would like to do a partial refund for the "dryer vent cleaning" in question, and have the customer hire who ever they please to deal with the dryer vent. Side note: our dryer vent cleaning service could in no way impact the way their dryer works. Just FYI. Even if we did not clean it at all, dryer would work "the same as before" (and that would be worse case scenario). These customers are one in a million, that you simply need to walk away from and give them their money back.

Customer is a former HVAC technician and a crook who set us up. He took a video of ducts and sent us which we are more than happy to show to Revdex.com if needed. Video clearly shows unprofessional behavior and not even a good trap he wanted to set us up with. Customer planted some toys and things,...

including toilet paper underneath and you could clearly see that toilet paper was not dirty as it is supposed to be. Imagine scenario where in a recorded conversation customer admits that this house has not been cleaned in 40 years (air ducts system), and after our cleaning do you think that paper would be seating there as if it was brand new? We urged a customer to file a lawsuit and bring best attorney he can find in the state, cause he will need it. It will be fun to watch that hearing. His credibility is shady to say the least and we will find more out from experts when time comes. At this time, we are considering filing a lawsuit against customer who is trying to wrongly destroy our reputation only to gain financial interest for himself.Let me remind you, we are Super Service Award winners for last 2 years in the row, with nearly perfect rating. Dear (whoever you are speaking on behalf of [redacted] and her husband):We have pictures and videos. The house they live in is worse than a dumpster. The dryer you are talking about is 20-30yrs old dryer, that's not worth a penny. And you want us to give you all money back for hard work we did cleaning ALL of the Air Ducts, entire ventilation system, than sanitizing it to disinfect it so they can breath fresh air.About name "lowe's", that company from PA is being sued by us, not the other way around. Our attorneys sent them a letter and they have never responded passed the deadline.About name "lowe's" please do not LIE all of our conversations are recorded. Try calling us at: 786-[redacted] and the machine will warn you that all the calls are recorded. Therefore we have a proof that we NEVER EVER said that we are by any means related to local "Lowe's department store". We are "Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning" services... name "Lowe's" is a last name of our co-founder. Search online (business/entity search in Florida), and you will find thousand different companies with name "Lowe's" in their title. Case closed on this topic.As far as your dryer, here is our last offer: $50 cash back, take it or leave it. Out of $249 service, $50 is what Dryer Vent cleaning is worth. Other than that, see you in court, please bring your dryer there, once judge sees it, he'd be surprised it was even working for the past decade.Also, dryer vent cleaning does not have ANYTHING to do with Dryer machine itself. Let's look at example: --Let's assume our technician did a horrible job, and did not clean anything in the dryer vent. That means your vent would stay dirty like it was for past 20 years. So your machine would still be working "same" as it was a day or two before. Conclusion: you guys are crooks, trying to go after reputable company to get money to buy brand new dryer, cause it is long OVERDUE. We walked in the trap, but luckily we have few facts on our side. Bottom line: take $50, or see you in court. Nothing will change our decision.Thank you!
