I am rejecting this response because:  The MINE is responding to outdated and now irrelevant information, which highlights their terrible customer service and being completely out of touch with their customer's orders and inquiries.I will never spend money with this company again and would say BUYER BEWARE to anyone interested in doing business with this company.

At the time, the manufacturer had cancelled your order stating they only had 1 item in stock and it was damaged....

Unfortunately for some reason Google play says they see the refund but it wasn't a payment taken from my account. Although I have my receipt and received and returned the package and it show on my bank statement.
