Bought an extended protection plan from Lowe's which was supposed to be enforced after the manufacturer's warranty expires yet when you come to use the warranty they will tell you the warranty began at the date of purchase. When the manufacturers warranty expires so does the protection plan which should be just starting. Their warranties are crap.

for the name of the person who she made the appointment or the confirmation number for that reservation, but she didn't have any of those informationWe explain to her with out of that information is hard for us to track the mentioned appointmentBut our policy is " The customers are always right !! The company policy is that when a customer makes an early appointment to go to the airport we usually give the customer a confirmation number, also we ask for 50% deposit in case customer decide to cancel the ride when the driver is already there I'm really sorry about what happen to customer

I am rejecting this response because: I did not get a clear answer on my refundI authorized one credit report to be pulled and that was paid separatelyThe deposit for the appraisal is a separate issue and that money should be returned in full no deductions no argument no issue

Customer was offered Rates and Terms based on there income, credit and equity levels. 3 Credit reports were completed at a cost of $54.00 that was deducted from there $695.00 fee paid when they decided to Cancel. We did incur the $54.00 expense and provided the invoices. AS of 11/21/2017 I have...
