Service Will No Longer Answer Calls!!!
Below is my experience with Lowe's extended warranty service and exactly what I sent to a prominent law firm, experienced in class action issues:

Dear Attorney REDACTED:

I am contacting REDACTED, as you are currently representing a class action suit against Whirlpool, with regard to condensate drain issues. We purchased Whirlpool refrigerator model WRF767SDE, serial K74704770 in December 2017, including the 5 year extended warranty through Lowe’s (Edmond, OK), with delivery in January 2018. We have had numerous issues with the unit including:

1. circuit board replacement before a year;
2. leaking during defrost at 3 years;
3. compressor at 4 years, the fridge portion will not go below 40 degrees and no ice produced in either maker

Repair #3 above was initiated on 2/17/2022 as the upper ice make stopped working and the temperature in the refrigerator portion was up to 50 degrees. I called Lowe’s repair (888-775-6937) on 2/217/2022 and was finally connected to Chantel at1:49 pm who scheduled a technician to evaluate the unit on 2/18/2022. The tech came out and ordered numerous parts. The technician was back out on 2/28/2022 diagnosing a compressor failure and ordering more parts. I expected them to return on the morning of 3/7/2022 and they were out in the afternoon. The fridge was still not cooling and a technician was back out on 3/11/2022. A fan was replaced on 3/21/2022; however the fridge was still not cooling and again no ice.

I called Lowe’s again on 3/22 speaking with Michelle and advising her I was very frustrated having been with a refrigerator since 2/17. She went through the history of repairs and said she would submit the claim for a refund and I should hear from Lowe’s by 3/31 and if I did not, to call back.

I called on 3/31 and spoke with Christine at 2:06 pm giving her the history and why I was calling. She asked me to hold so she could speak with a supervisor. She never came back on the line and eventually hung up on me. I called back again and spoke with Marcella at 2:33 pm repeating the history. Marcella typed an email to her supervisor and said that when an email goes up, you will hear from him in two days. To be fair, I waited until 4/5 and spoke with Mariah at 9:34 am. Once again, I was put on hold while she spoke to her supervisor. She did come back on the line and indicated that I did not hear from him, as he had not heard from claims yet. I advised her that I have not had a refrigerator since 2/17 and was beyond frustrated and would be taking additional steps at this point.

My husband thought he would give them one more opportunity and called them yesterday, April 7th. At the beginning of the call, the recording indicated they were very busy and wait time was 30 minutes. He waited 2 and a half hours before hanging up. During his wait, I called in from my cell phone and did not even get a supposed wait time, just put on hold. The Lowe’s call center must have the ability to flag phone numbers which they do not want to answer or deal with.

As stated at the beginning of this letter, I am contacting your firm due to your current litigation with Whirlpool. I have the receipt of purchase, post it notes made from the calls, a picture of the calls made to Lowe’s, the service texts and of course the refrigerator. I am now forced to purchase a new refrigerator from another store and another manufacturer. Thank you for any assistance with this matter.

Did you get any resolution? We are dealing with the same issues.

I certainly DID NOT file a complaint in order to just receive free pizza, but you couldn't even offer me THAT. I have already responded to Mr. [redacted] personal email and told him I would NOT be ordering any more from this store due to poor service even after complaining more than once. My family loves Papa Johns and my children are saddened everytime we order and I just can't do that anymore. We have lost all trust in good customer service from this store.

It is obvious that we fell short in providing the level of service and quality that you expected and for that we would like to apologize.Our goal is to provide you with outstanding service and great food and I hope that you will continue to patronize our business. Should you have any comments, questions or concerns regarding these or any future issues, please do not hesitate in calling me.  I have tried several time to call but get no answer at the number provide on the order(864)[redacted], so I felt this email might get to you.  Again, thanks and I look forward to speaking with you. [redacted]

My parent spent 104 days in their memory care facility. I frequently found her room in an unsanitory state and she would be eating in their coomen dining area. She had three infections during her time their and they were directly related to the nature of the sanitations issues.

She suffers from severe dementia and received little assistance. She was even sent to the hospital in an ambulance unattended.

The staff were over worked and out spoken about their dissatisfaction with their employer.
