I am rejecting this response because: This business keeps playing the blame game They need to acknowledge that I provided them with the primary doctor's information on 9/25/when the contract for services was signed by me Why they did not attempt to have her primary physician complete the causes from the very beginning, I do not know I also do not know why they do not accept that the health department would have received it earlier had they contacted her primary physician, [redacted] , from the very beginning I do not see that in their statements Therefore I feel it was a lack of service and follow through on Lowest Cost Cremation's part, not the doctors or myself Thank you

This business keeps playing the blame game.   They need to acknowledge that I provided them with the primary doctor's information on 9/25/14 when the contract for services was signed by me.  Why they did not attempt to have her primary physician complete the causes from the very beginning, I do not know.  I also do not know why they do not accept that the health department would have received it earlier had they contacted her primary physician, [redacted], from the very beginning.  I do not see that in their statements.  Therefore I feel it was a lack of service and follow through on Lowest Cost Cremation's part, not the doctors or myself.

Review: My wife, [redacted], died on Sept 24, 2014 in Carmichael, CA. I went to the Lowest Cost Cremation & Burial Funeral home, doing business from the [redacted] location on Manzanita Wy, Carmichael on Spet 25, 2014. I paid for a cremation service that same day and, at that time [redacted], assured me and the family that we should have it all completed and death certificates by next friday, Oct 3rd. It is now Oct 14th, and nothing... The funeral home blames the doctor. The doctors office tells me (because I was asked to call the doctor myself) that they faxed the corrected death certificate numerous times. Now doctor is out of the country until end of November. I need to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. I do not like the idea of my dear loved wife just laying in a freezer somewhere!!! Their motto is "Compassionate care...always". I don't think they have lived up to it. I need resolution now, not a blame game where they blame the doctors, the State for not receiving it... I am tired...
