Response: Mr [redacted] came to our shop on 4/29/for windshield replacement and was welcomed by our friendly and and professional crew According to our shop's policy we do inspection on every car that comes to our shop to mark any scratches and damagesOn that day, even though he insisted and kept telling the person who's doing the inspection not to worry about the scratches we finished the paperwork in front of himHis own words were; "Oh don't worry about those scratches sweet-heart, this is a years old car and I know about them all." Review: windshield installed on 4/28/2016 Nissan 2011 cube. The installer has scratched the hood of my car. When I called them today a man was belligerent to me on the phone. He called me a crook and hung up on me, even cussed me!Desired Settlement: refund the winshield or pay to have the scratches buffed out of the hood, if they can be buffed out

I am rejecting this response because:I never had scratches on the hood of my car! I'm upset that I did not keep my copy of what I signed! This business treated my complaint with hostilities! I will accept your decision and can only learn from this!

Review: I removed my vehicle from their pocession to take it elsewhere for a more timely repair, they kept several parts from our vehicle,now I must buy new

They promised repair in 2 days, then 4 days then 6 etc, etc. Finally after missing several hours of work by having to drop off my vehicle I decided to take it elsewhere for repair. They lied about the parts required for repair, and lied about the shipping date of the parts. I took my vehicle to another shop for repair only to find out that Lowest Price Auto Glass had taken all of the internal door parts out of my vehicle. The only broken parts were the glass and the window regulator. They took our motor and inside door panel. They initially denied having the parts then finally confessed and gave me back the window motor but said they threw away the other parts. They need to pay for those parts that they threw away, they belong to me.Desired Settlement: I want Lowest Price Auto Glass to pay for the parts that I must buy since they threw my parts away and attempted to keep my perfectly working window motor. They also need to compensate us for missing several hours of work dropping off and picking up the vehicle multiple times over a 2 week period as they continued to lie to us about having the parts for repair. I calculate the lost time at work to be around $50. They attempted to sell us several parts that were not needed, and intended to keep our parts for resale as evidenced by their lieing about having our parts, then later relinquishing our window motor to us, but threw away our other parts per their admission.

Review: My girlfriend took my 1992 pontiac sunbird to "Lowest price glass" in Tracy, CA. on March 17, 2015upon picking up car, I as told don't roll the window down because they couldn't fix it. I took it back two more times and the second time I took my car in when I got it back it still was not fixed and my door had a gap big enough to fit my arm through to my elbow, the guy started bending n pushing my door back to closing but told me not to roll my window down again. third time same deal, not fixed and now my seals are broken, my liner on the door is up off car 4 inches, blue tape to hold driver side mirror on, window is stuck in almost open position and now leaks due to the way these people handled and destroyed my car. the last day when I went to get my money back the owner told me not to bring the car back!! My car door is ruined and leaks now as a result of this business I would like the door replaced by the company if possible... The owner / manager are very rude and shady people!!! Also when I had returned the third time my hood and windshield wiper as off and my car lights were on, I have a manual window nothing is electric so I also feel they played with my engine on my third visit... VERY SHADY PEOPLE HERE!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my door replaced at the glass companies expense. They ruined my door and now it has leaks and is rigged up very poorly due to the work they did. After 3 times with my car they made it worse every time I went back to let them fix it.

Company states: We advised the consumer not to roll down the windows with or it will damage it. We continued to repair it and even refunded her. The BAR came out and decided in our favor. We are still working with the customer to resolve any issues and await for their contact to us.
