I sold *** nothing , She said she wanted a skylight that opened So I ordered a Suntek skylight from *** that opens , when my guys installed the skylight they said it didn’t come with a extension handle , just a hand crank , so I told them to tell *** to order one so we didn’t have to
charge her to run down there just to give her a extension handle She sent me text about how great the skylight looked & how good the screened in porch looked , I still have the message About a month later she never called but sent a text about the extension handle & I told her *** told her to order one from *** or Suntek to save her money & she was fine with that She sent a demanding text message for me to get it or she was going to turn me in & post on social media or give her her money back for skylight & I text Thanks & have a Blessed dayI would have gotten her a extension handle until she developed a bad attitude , I go above & beyond for all my customers , but some people you can not please I also contacted *** about the extension & they said that the skylights does not come with extension handles because that is a accessory , some people have multiple skylights & don’t want to pay for a extension for every skylight & some people choose to buy a electric opener & this is what I told *** and she needed to contact *** or Suntek Skylights Thanks & Have A Great Day Barry Gregory
