Review: I ordered a product from this company and was processed on 9/12/14 per my confirmation invoice. According to my bank, the amount of $22.94, which is the total of my purchase, was drafted from my account on 9/15/14. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company via phone and e-mail and still have not received a response. The recipient of the package has yet to receive it as of 9/26/14. I was also not provided with tracking information which I also requested. I certainly hope this a legitimate company, however if it is, then I would not be comfortable purchasing anything from them in the future.Desired Settlement: If I can't get a response from this company, and the recipient has not received the product, I request I be refunded the amount of $22.94.

Review: I ordered a product approximately 2 weeks ago that has been paid for and I have not recieved it yet. I have also emaild the sales and support divisions for loyal defender approximately 1 week ago and have not recieved a response.Desired Settlement: I would either like the product that I ordered or a refund of the payment for the product.
