Had a 3 month application applied for ants on June 11, 2018. This was done do to selling our home. The new buyers are doing their final walk through on Monday 10th, 2018 and ants have been discovered in the kitchen area. I requested that Loyal cone out and spray again since it had not been 90 days. I was told it was not a true 90 day application and that I would have to pay another $*** for a revisit. I’ve already paid $*** for this application along with a termite inspection. For Loyal to want to charge another fee for their inferior application that doesn’t last 3 months is truly “not customer service “ base. It cost them nothing to respray except travel time. I’ve dealt with other companies that put customer service “first” before their bank account. Not this company. Their only “Loyal “ to their bank account. With this company the “math” class was missed. 90 days is whenever the application stops being effective, not the day you started service with them. You DON’T get what you pay for with this company!

We performed an initial service for ants at this property on June 12, 2018. The cost of the service was $*** and the client was given a 15% discount for a reduced rate of $***. This service is what we refer to as a "special" and if subsequent visits are necessary there is a service charge to go back out when scheduled within 30 days of the previous service. We received a call today (approximately 90 days from the initial service) that the client wanted to have another treatment for ants. We honored our "follow-up" rate of $*** for a return visit, even though it is well over 30 days from the previous service. It is apparent that the client thought she was under some sort of warranty for 90 days. Although the products residual effectiveness can last up to 90 days, it is not uncommon that follow up visits are necessary in the elimination of ant infestations. As a matter of fact, it may require several follow up treatments. A copy of the receipt has been attached.

At no time was I ever told that if within the 90 day application if any kind of retreatment that would need to be applied would be a charge of $***. Had I known that the infuriated product they use does not really last 90 days then I would of seeked another company that stood behind their product and their process of applying the product. What guarantee do I have that their technician applied the correct amount of pesticide and to all areas of the house? I just have to assume they did they job. But did they really? I feel it’s false advertising if you say your paying for a 90day application and within those 90 days if you still have an issue that is no longer Loyalty’s problem. They have your money and that’s all they care about. 90 days is 90 days. Not 87, 88, 89 “90” days. I have NEVER not have a company want to do the right thing and take care of the customer until now. Social media is a powerful avenue to spread the word of a bad experience and that is the next step. I have already told two people of this experience and my network is large. The negative feed back regarding this company is going to cost them more than $***.

When I called loyal I was told that they would come out to my house and do a complete interior and exterior of my house for *** and would take about an hour .well he came out he did not do that the price was immediately changed he did not do the Interior right so I called his manager and the manager said that's the procedure so I asked him was he going to do the outside too and he said that it was going to be more and I asked him if he was going to do the whole yard and he told me yes so I look out there and he's only doing like up against all around the side of my house well I have a flea problem and my knowledge I was told that he was going to do it the whole house and the outside yard for *** now the manager is saying. That they do not do the yard so what am I paying for .

Our technical director spoke with her originally about her problem with fleas when she called in. He explained that the price to treat for fleas for the interior only, would be between $*** and $*** and does not include the exterior. He explained that we can treat the exterior, but that it would cost more. (We had not inspected the site, so we could not give her a firm cost as she wanted something done ASAP, so we gave her a range over the phone and sent out a technician.) The technician went out there today and called into the office to inquire from our office manager about the customer asking about us "putting spikes in the yard" which he did not understand. Our office manager did not know what she was speaking of so he called our technical director to see what their conversation was. Our office manager figured out that that is how she interpreted what our technical director told her, which was that we would use insecticide granules. Our office manager then explained to her that it was granules that our technical director explained that we could use on the exterior if she wanted the exterior treated. She said, "well, it has to be done".

Initially, the technician called in when he arrived at the house to explain that the customer was not prepared and that he spent 15 minutes helping her get prepped and she still was not ready. She was insistent to our office manager that our technical director told her our technician would treat the interior and exterior with "spikes" for $***. Our office manager explained to her that $*** - $*** is the price for the interior only and exterior is additional. He then called our technical director and he said he may have mentioned granules for the exterior but nothing about spikes and that he did not tell her the interior and exterior would be treated for $***. Our technician was hesitant to do the service at all based on the events thus far.

However, he did do the service. Our office manager called the technician following his conversation with the customer to tell him that she did want the exterior treated with granules and to price it accordingly. The technician treated the interior of the home and put a band of granules around the exterior perimeter and priced the job at $***. He then left to go to his next job.

The customer then called back in. She was yelling at our office manager stating that the technician only treated around the perimeter of the home and not the entire yard and she wanted the technician to come back immediately. Our office manager explained that the treatment provided was sufficient but that we would be more than happy to give instruction to our technician to treat the entire yard on the follow-up service visit, in approximately 2 weeks. She then stated that she would have to call another company to do the work. Our office manager told her that she can do that, but it is not necessary as we can handle the job. She then said, "a half-as treatment gets a half-as payment" and hung up.
