I am responding to the complaint filed by the Walt's The trimming of the Oak tree over the Red Bud tree in the backyard was not included in the original proposal submitted by my company That was an add on as discussed over the phone with the Walt's This is not included in the original proposal and when I return to the office over the weekend, I will submit the original proposal showing it was not included nor has been paid for I also request that the Walt's review their copy of the proposal to see that the backyard trees which they added on are not included Due to the unusual high volume of storms in the area, we have unfortunately not been able to stop by the Walt's to do the trimming but will do so at a mutually agreeable time I only accept pay for work after it is completed

My company has been extremely busy with the storms this yearI took my men off a job to come out to her home and take care of this tree for herI told her niece since she was not there to give me a couple weeks to come and grind the stump as we were very busy and again I came out THAT DAY she
called to help herThat’s typical to leave the grind stumpShe can pay an extra fee to pay to remove the grindings, I will give her a bid for it if neededThat part was not on the proposalI would like her to submit a copy of the proposalIt says nothing about removing the stump grindings

What the consumer is asking me to do is not in the contract for the work I was to perform.  It was not contracted for to haul away any grindings.  I have completed the contract and have actually gone above and beyond to help her out.
