I selected RJ Roofing to re-shingle my roof, change and add vents as well as update my vent pipe on the roof for my sewer system in June [redacted] Initially I was satisfied with the work provided, I don't know much about roofing but had no issues that I noticedIn December 2016, my water was not draining properly in the house, and when I looked outside there was ice buildup on the vent pipeI called RJ Roofing (who updated the pipe to code) as I never had that issue till the work was doneThey came out, cleared the snow/ice and leftFew days later they called me, telling me they had to come back again to clear more ice (I can not confirm that it actually happened as I was not home for the second visit)During that phone call, MrLevesque (the owner) told me that the pipe is cracked and it is very serious and needs to be replaced immediately for the home to function properlyThis call was placed on a Saturday morning, and he urged me to agree for him to purchase the materials needed that day to do the work Monday morning, stating "he will take care of me." The cost$plus taxes! Initially I agreed, why would I not? BUT, I also had my insulation updated in the attic in June by [redacted] I wondered if they bumped the pipe and cracked itI put RJ Roofing on hold and called [redacted] to come take a lookThese guys came a few days later, crawled into my attic through a vent (I have a story and a half - no real attic), inspected the pipe inside and out (cameras), poured hot water down to possibly unblock whatever was in the pipe and guess what - THERE WAS NO CRACK IN THE PIPE!!!!! [redacted] Enough said? On top of that, they used vents that are too small for the original holes on the roof and did not bother to add plywood around them - just a layer of shinglesI have to pay additional fees for [redacted] to fix that issue this year [redacted] And by the way, [redacted] charged me absolutely nothing! From now on I will go to them for all my reno needs

RJ's Roofing was responsive and eager to understand my business needsFrom finding out where an estimate needed to take place to the final shingle on the roof, I found them to be extremely trust worthyThey gave me a fair assessment and understood the needs before beginning work
I would highly recommend RJ's Roofing for quality work and friendly serviceThank you again for a wonderful job well done!
