Loyalty Funding is a remarkable Company who will answer and advise you for any questions or concerns you may have regarding a first Loan or Refinancing option. Our experience was handled with a Professional by the name of Dora ***. She also did a second refinance both VA loans. Our situation was unique and required an extensive amount of work on her and her teammate's ability. I personally have trust issues with anyone who requires so much personal information. This wonderful woman put my fears at rest and has now become a extension of my Family. I have referred her and Loyalty to dear friends who have found her to be of extreme assistance in their Refinancing. If you have any concerns or doubt about your situation on a loan at least let her give you a second opinion or option. All of her credentials are available upon request from her and Loyalty Funding. I now am going to refer this Company and Dora to our HOA and surrounding Communities, also Seniors Alliance. Thank you for listening and good luck.

I have been on the federal DO NOT MAIL list for over a year but I continue to get mail solicitations from this company offering to refinance my mortgage. I do NOT want to refinance my mortgage and do NOT want any more solictations from this company.

There is no government list for those who do not want toreceive direct mail. We use a third-party company for data to send out our invitations to potentialcustomers. We received your information from Experian. Experian is a multinational consumer creditreporting company.

I recently re-financed my VA loan with Loyalty. It was an extremely smooth and problem free process. Special thanks to David K, Daniel K and Dora J. They're professionalism and friendly personalities cannot be beat!!!!!
My father in law was in the Marine Corp for over 20 years. During a trying time in our country that left him very guarded with trusting others. He hasn’t refinanced in years. After the mortgage crisis, he felt uncomfortable doing so. He had a ridiculously high interest rate. Every place he called pushed him to get cash out but he didn’t want to. All he wanted to do was have an affordable payment for his wife after he was gone. A very sensitive subject for anyone. Dora was his Loan Officer and listened to him. She offered him an IRRRL, which is just a rate and term type of refinance. Their house payment is low enough now and he can enjoy the rest of his retired years. This company has so much compassion... and everything was done in less than three weeks. Awesome group of people!! Thank you!!
