day for the past month” and the main reason for the delay of their sign was due to us waiting on them to determine a specific color and layout of their sign. Now that it has been established, C[redacted] has been advised that the sign has been put into production. He is also well aware that, due to the holidays, his sign will not be completed by the end of 2014. We have 1 side of this sign already printed and ready to go. We understand how frustrating things like this can be and unfortunately things get delayed, but if he will exercise just a bit more patience, we’re sure he’ll love the new sign.
