I do owe mr [redacted] linear feet of gutter guard Which cost about two dollars per foot I have completed all other project Lozair construction is responsible for Mr [redacted] purchased the skylights independently from A company that I do business with mr *** took the measurements and details to the window company and explained the dimensions incorrectly he refused to pay the window company this company is either now in the process of getting their money from him or has already gotten paid due to the fact that he signed a contract My company Lozair construction and restoration has a balance of $owed at the completion of my project which entails linear feet of gutter guard I've also made this customer aware that I fractured my spine and had two bulging disc's I would contact him when I got better I did not get one email or one phone call from this customer after that I was under the assumption that he would just easily put the gutter guard in the gutters which is only about feet high and keep the remaining balance we would be completed with the project but I guess not I went above and beyond for Mrand Mrs[redacted] making sure that they were able to obtain the maximum amount of funds from their insurance and were able to pay very little if not nothing for their entire project this was my goal for them and I believe I achieve that we did our best on his project And as for the three screens for the skylights he ordered wrong I am not responsible for those but I said I will help him out in the process when he was not willing to pay for the skylightsThe company I do business with did not want to make the screens for him also for the very small garden fence I repaired it while I was on the project I was totally unaware there was any issues with it thank you so much for your time lozai construction and restoration Will stand up for any and all issues to make them right we do care about all our customers

As for the money he says is owed, he requested and was given all monies for the work that was completedAny money outstanding is for work that was pending and we both agreed on thatSo at this point, I do not owe him anythingHis comments don't neccessarily agree with what actually transpired between him and IFrom this point on, I will complete the project on my own and do NOT want Lozair Construction to do any more work for me

HiThank you for this mediation .1. The missed contact issue I did not receive one email or phone call from Mr. [redacted]. I contacted this customer throughout the project 100% of the time then my last contact with him I stated that I was hurt and I will contact him when I get better seeing that there was minimal work to be done left of this project and a good amount of money owed to me after completion He could've completed this on his own considering the severity of my issue .2. As for the fence issue this is a very small garden cents can't be more than a foot and a half 2 feet tall it's simply steaks into the ground there is only one section of this fence in our contract not two dispense can get very simply altered it takes moments after I left the project I was under the assumption that was exactly where the fence should be3. As for the skylights skylights dimensions and ordering and measurements of the skylightsThe specific skylights that [redacted] ordered there was a choice only between three separate sizes the size that [redacted] chose was the size closest to the existing skylights he has in his property after receiving the skylights while still in the box we discuss this issue we decided to install the skylights and I made him aware that I can do some finish trim work on the interior of his property I did not charge [redacted] for the trimwork even though this had no issue with me the purchasing of the style skylight that he didThere's also another option to buy custom skylights that are much more expensive these custom skylights would be exactly the same dimensions as the existing skylights he had but these were not purchased .3. As for the screens for the skylights that we have installed The company that sold the skylights to [redacted] told me that they would give me the screens at no cost because I do a ton of business with them after the fact of [redacted] refusing to pay for the shades the owner of the company refused to give the screens to me so I made the decision that I am not going to purchase the screens and install the screens free of charge I did install one screen so that way the customer could be aware of exactly what needed to get done.I am sorry for any issues that my company or I played a part in I always like to go overboard with Service to my clients sometimes it doesn't work out too well and sometimes it goes extremely well either of these times I have always stood up to my work and my wordThank youI hope this will help to rectify any issues we have .[redacted]Lozair construction and restoration
