Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Everything stated by Mr.*** is and untrueI have witnesses as well as documentation to back up my claimI have tried reasoning with Mr*** and his son Jonathan on several occasions and have gotten nothing but the run aroundMy wife and I have worked very hard to save a few dollars to get a decent reliable vehicle but in return got two lemon cars which broke down under hours and were illegally sold under the Texas lawAll that was requested from Mr*** *** was a appology, a full refund of what was used as a deposit and to void out both contractsBefore contacting the dealership my wife and I both contacted the Consumer Credit Commissioner at 1800-538-and spoke with a rep who advised us that they would only be able to take complaints but weren't able to assist us in retrieving our funds because it would be up to the dealership to make that call due to the first vehicle being in house financed and, NoA refund wasnt going to be a optionWhich was made very clear from the first occurenceHowever the second vehicle was not in home financed but through Barton Creek Auto Credit and when contacted by the rep Raul was advised to contact *** Auto Group and ask for our money and to cancel the contractNeither times we're we able to come to a agreement with the dealership because to their acknowledge both vehicles were running fine and found nothing wrong with themSo Mr*** didn't feel the need to refund our money and to this day the contract is still validWe no longer want to be charged for something we aren't obtaining nor do we feel we should be liable for the charges accumulating since day oneWe just would like to make our voices heard and make note that they can't be continuing their unfair business as they had in the past with their previous company U.S Car CoWhich was known by residents in the area as crooked and shut down few years backWe plan to pursue further action if nothing gets resolved and would appreciate some kind of acknowledgement to come to a agreementThank you.
Regards

I was very impressed with the business when I stopped by to see a BMW that caught my eye.
I spoke directly to the owner Dan L[redacted] and he had a great deal of information about the auto business in general and esp. the Beemer I look forward to driving away next week.
A great place to buy a great late-model car!

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a vehicle cash for my daughter from this dealership with a guarantee there was no major issues with this vehicle. Furthermore, they told me that they would provide a 3 month powertrain warranty that would cover any major issues should they arise. Had the vehicle for less than 90 days and the transmission failed. Called the dealership more than 20 times and they NEVER returned a call. When I did speak with them, they assured me that the warranty would cover the $3400. 00 transmission, they covered only $1300.00, which left me paying $2100. 00. They were so worried about keeping my money that they would not even work with me to put me in another vehicle. Each time I did speak with someone from the dealership they acted like I was the problem and they regularly were deceptive in their responses. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a Mercedes from Lozano Auto Group and received a 90 warranty on the powertrain, plus towing with the purchase. The car broke down on the highway 3 days after I purchased it. When I tried to use the warranty I found out that they had not yet purchased it and it had not taken effect, so I would not be covered. The vehicle was towed and cost nearly $1000.00 to repair, plus the cost of towing. Lozano staff did not return my calls and were even rude at times. Terrible customer service and not a very trust worthy dealership. Buy your car somewhere else.
