Bought 2 tickets via RUKKUS to go to my first American football game as I am from UK. They sent through emails first with pdf tickets attached. Then they sent another email saying don't use the pdf tickets as they won't work. Then they sent another email telling me to log into ticket master- which I could not do as I don't have a USA address. I emailed and told them this. They then said they tried to ring me to discuss < they didn't! They only emailed me back AFTER event telling me - as the event had passed that they could not help me or refund me! DO NOT USE RUKKUS < IT IS A SCAM! I ended up having to pay rukkus for useless tickets and again at the venue to get to see the game. Which was AWESOME by the way!
