Regards to Mrs*** ComplaintIt's 100% and untrue .Allegations against my company .It all began memorial weekend of this year ..She notified the business she need salt for her pool and Not Knowing where to get itAlso told me she was looking for Someone to service , Repair and
maintenance her pool.So I told her I be out there the next day, Saturday may ( not sure of the time ) to bring the salt and check her system .I was at her Home around 2:pmin the middle of the partyI add bags of salt and I checked the pool and the Fliteration .At that time I recommended to her that : the pool filter needs to be clean because the cartridges where dirty and the pressure gauge was too high. She mentioned the pool was losing water and she wanted a price on the insulation of a new liner and vacuum .So We talked about the liner and the vacuum at the time I was there.Roughly a few days later, No later then a week she contact me in regards of losing water daily ..Once again I went out to evaluate the situationRecommend the best thing to do toWait out the next few days to see where the Water Level stops , after that period of time . The Water level Stop at the top of the Pool Light and Stayed at that level for then three days.I returned to her home with my service guy on June ,2016,On this day June we just removed the pool light Under Mrs *** eyesRecommended at that time to replacePool Light gasket and Seal around the electrical cord (come out theback of the light)To ensure her no water loseShe was fully involved in this conversation ..Spoke with her couple different times after that meeting ..She decided not to empty the pool completely to check main drain.She just wanted to change the• Pool light gaskets & seal .• Clean Filter and Salt Cell• Load of water delivered• Treat Pool Water with chemicals to Balanced .Unfortunately when ordering the light gasket and seal kit , I was told it was available When I requested to be shipped ,I was told it was on back order ..After few calls I received it on Thursday June .. Mrs *** texts me asking if herPool was crystal clear I Explain the situation and I told her I will try to be out tomorrow if no later than Monday.She responded, that was unsatisfying.Didn't keep her in the loop,I Explain to her that I didn't think it wasNecessary to disturb her over a family vacation at *** *** .And told her to have a good evening and a safe flight back , let me knowIf you still me to do the repair.At any time I haven't charge her for any consultation, Inspection or the Bags of Salt that was delivered by me on the Memorial Day weekend.Sincerely ***Xtreme Pools & SpasSuccess Enterprises LLC

MorningRegarding Mr *** complaint issue with his Winter Safety CoverFor his Pool.*** wasn't % sure of the insulation regarding design for the safety Cover because of the application of the surrounding areas of pool ( rocks , walls and elevations )And four the records the Rep
for ***Actually did the original measurement with myself ..It was determined proximally six weeks later that the cost of the cover would increase ..We at Xtreme Pools offered a refund in full ..Waited for a response , and after A few emails He sent a basic release for refund ..Refund was processed and sent outcertified for $3,and Mailedcertified .Sincerely ***Xtreme Pools

Evening, As for as Mrs [redacted]  allegations and truth to is matter is 100 % False . As for as  other pool companies stocking  the   Gasket and  and seal for her light   I wouldn't know.  I use [redacted] for my  distributor ,  after the last meeting on June 10 with Mrs [redacted] I  call [redacted] and  Was told at that time they had in stock .  On Monday   While placing my order an additional projects ,  yes my sales rep if they can send it out ( light  gasket and seal ) on that day I was told shipping orders  were backed up to three days  from  Connecticut . Now in regards to this whole they think she speaking of  where the light came out of  Under Mrs [redacted]  supervision  Is  call a  light niche and behind that is Steel. "Funny "when I first meet Mrs [redacted] and her father at their memorial day party,  they ask me for a price on the liner that she knew that she needed and  if she can make it  through the season. even she ask if we can do a payment plain .  At this point I feel that Revdex.com  should ask for proof  supporting her allegations against me and my company.  At this time our company  attorney is fully  aware  of the situation , is in process of filing a suit against  these allegations made against me and my company.  Let the truth be told in court . Sincerely Yours[redacted]Xtreme Pools & Spas[redacted],Mass [redacted]

Please add your rejection comments below.  After receiving the information that the part was back ordered we called several local pool supply stores, the item needed was a stock item at all of the retailers and not on back order as stated by [redacted]. We then consulted two pool service companies both of which stated that what he did to the light gasket goes against proper pool care procedures, that it caused significant further damage to the liner and repair would be costly and was in fact avoidable had he not taken things apart and left them open and exposed. We were told by [redacted] after airing concerns that the light should not be left the way it was that he would be out right away to repair, he obviously never came. Even if the part had been on back order , which we now know is not the case, he should have packed the hole to avoid further damage and leaking. As a pool professional, he knew the ramifications of leaving it open and what the water leakage would cause. Xtreme pools caused significant damage to our pool, disturbing us on a family vacation was not an issue- I asked that he call with any questions or if he needed anything. There was no reason that the proper procedure was not followed, the damage was a direct result of carelessness and negligence and as mentioned in my previous complaint, because of his actions we now have to undertake significant repairs which are far more costly than what the original project entailed.]
