File: ***Mr*** was contacted by a third party attorney we had hired to file litigation on our behalfHis complaint stems from the way the third party attorney's office handled him and should have been a complaint against themThey had contacted us and stated Mr*** had not received the original letter sent to him offering to resolve this matter out of courtWhen the attorneys firm made us aware that Mr*** had not gotten the correspondence we made arrangements out of court immediately to accommodate himWe apologize for the way a third party has handled our customer and we are reviewing this third party agencyAll our customers should be handled with respectIt is Mr***'s legal right to validate the debt to prove validityHe can contact our company or original creditor and refer to the original card number to validate the debtMr*** is currently in a repayment plan on this matter with our officeWe are shocked he had not brought this to our attention to allow us to take necessary steps to correct how a third party is working with our customers and better assist him in this matter.Please note this complaint was sent to an incorrect email address, which has now been updated with the Revdex.com.Prior to this complaint our company rating with the Revdex.com was A+ Our company has a great history with the Revdex.com we take our A+ rating seriously
