Review: Hired this contractor in late Spring to do my deck, opening a wall and put a sliding door. We agreed to the price of $15,500. We signed a contract and stated all the things need to be done but the date finish of the job is

not stated. Verbally I told him that I need the deck on Summer(2015). He started the job third week of June. For the first 3 weeks he is doing fine. He finished the footing, framing and the decking itself but the all railings are not installed. He also opened the wall of my house and installed the framed for the sliding door. When it's time to install the sliding door, the problem starts. At first, He told me that he ordered the wrong sliding door and take 5-8 weeks for the delivery. About 6 weeks the delivery of the sliding door came in and it's time to install it. Upon installing the sliding door from inside the house, where you open and slide, its going to the right. In short the sliding door is right-handed, which is supposed to be left-handed. We argued a little bit and decided just to order another sliding door and he is say's that it will take another 5 or 6 weeks. That was August 19, 2015. In short, that's the last thing we communicated, for the last 3 month I keep on texting, calling, leaving message on his voice mail and even sending him message on [redacted] but he won't reply or communicate to us, every day I give him a call. And I think he abandoned the job. Now, winter is coming the job is not finish and there's open wall in my house

and the wall is just boarded with plywood.

I already paid him 80%($12,400).Desired Settlement: If he can't finish the job, just return some of my money $3100.

Review: I had LPC Constuction do new vinyl siding on my house with the addition of two differant roof patches where I had taken my chimney down because my new water heater and boiler were direct vented. [redacted] (The owner)had to redo the roof patch at least three differant times. I did not realize that everytime he fixed his mens work that he did not use new shingles so there were way more many nail holes than nails. He also did not use any ice & water shield. I paid him for the work he had done only in September and I just found out I had a leak. I have reached out to him at least five times and left voicemails and text messages, but I still havent heard back from him. I could not wait any longer and finally had to go ahead and pay another contracter yesterday to repair what he should have done and had to spend more money that I shouldnt have had to!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $450.00 that I had to pay to have it repaired.
