Review: Our website, decaturea.org went down on 4/22/2015. I submitted a trouble ticket with LPChost, our hosting company. I received no response for over a week. I attempted to call, but left a message that was never returned. On May 11, I submitted another trouble ticket asking for the transfer key to transfer my domain to another host. That ticket was also ignored until May 13, where I stated I intended to submit a claim with the Revdex.com. That same day I finally received a response asking what my domain was. I replied immediately, but that was the last that I heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want this ticket taken care of immediately. I want to be able to transfer my domain to a new host without delay or penalty of any kind. I would also like a refund for the disruption of service, but that is secondary.
