Response;The letter from the homeowner that was forwarded to our company was filled with inaccuracies.#The original order for the gas line repair was not ordered by the homeowner by phone, but by a former employee of mine and also, friend of the homeownerThe work was performed by a licensed and competent service technician employed by our companyNo problem was reported at the time of service by the homeowner and no similar complaints have been expressed by other Customers about this technicianHe has always received very favorable comments from our customers.#2.The work performed could not have been done in minutesThe homeowner is not being realistic or accurate to even claim that the service technician was only there for 1S minutes.#The phone call saying there was something wrong was not "after he left" but after the invoice arrived at her homeI did ask her to shut off the valve to the boiler until we could schedule the repair, which she said she could do, but I did not say I "would be over the following weekend” We do not schedule work for the weekends.#Our Secretary called the homeowner to schedule a time for our company to make the repairs and was told it would have to be after when she got off work, Our Secretary told her she would have to make other arrangements for us to come during business hoursThe homeowner became argumentative and after further discussion said she would just call a local plumber and then huon our secretaryThere was no reason to "call back" at that point.#The August 10th "reminder" was not received until just before I left on vacationAugust 18thand I did not have the time to schedule before receiving this Revdex.com communication that she has called someone else.Our Original bill included a 10% discount of $because the homeowner was a friend of our former employeeApparently, that discount was not appreciatedSince Receiving the Revdex.com notice, we have adjusted our bill to the cost of the materials and 1/hour of labor as the homeowners "Desired settlements' requestedOur object is to be rid of this problem.Sincerely, [redacted] ***, President
