Review: Roofer has made a 9 year contract Guarantee with us to maintain roof repairs in the event of any problems. Roof has leaked water into second floor ceiling causing damage to the interior of the home and the "Unlicensed" contractor has said that we have voided the contract because we had applied a protective coating to the roof after he had finished it.Desired Settlement: Refund for the six unused Guaranteed years and compensation for the interior damage.
