LPS Contracting Inc.

This company will hire you for the job then use you for your services then not pay you and go on to the next company to breach contract with. They dont know how to run a proper business. We were contracted by LPS(Jason Reimer) for on-site welding and fabrication. LPS(Jason R[redacted])needed the job done in a extremely fast time frame. Job was completed in the time frame and was done to satisfaction. We also finished work that another welding company did not complete. We went over and above to complete the job. Then once we invoiced them for the job done we only received partial payment and then refused to pay for remaining balance because JASON R[redacted] didnt add the work into there end of the contract. We clearly listed what was owed for time and labor on the contract before it was accepted by LPS. Now they refuse to pay for Labor and materials we paid to get the job done. This is terrible company to do work for. LPS should really consider the way they do business before they get a lawsuit filed on them. We are still owed thousands of dollars from them. We are a Local Business and LPS is not paying for an agreed upon contact this just hinders the local community for having the funds utilized by our vendors. LPS Company is a joke and we will not be doing any work for LPS in the future and we highly recommend not doing business with them.
