Review: I signed a contract with this contractor for some minor repairs and some electrical work and paid him $250 for deposit on 11/17/14; he never showed up to do the work and not yet returned my deposit after a few dozens of phone calls and text messages; he did return my calls and text messages and promised to return my deposit but he never did as of today 1/04/15. I just looked up LPV Construction Inc on the Contractors State License Board and this license is under suspension for lack of qualifier, and there was a complaint on Revdex.com that this contractor received a deposit of $1,100 from a customer in July 2014 but never showed up to do the work and never returned the deposit either, which was exactly what happened to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my deposit back.

Review: I initially bought countertops from [redacted] with a Contract. I paid him a deposit and waited for templating and install date. He did not come on the Contract date for templating. It's now more than a week since the Contract date for install and he has still not come to install. He has not returned my calls, texts, and voicemails. I am requesting a refund of deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $1100 dollars back. I understand there is a 10% cancellation fee on the Contract but he has not performed to the duties stated on said Contract.
