L&R Fuel Company

Review: I had a fuel delivery of 100 gallons on 2/**/2015. When the truck made the delivery I received no receipt and the gauge on my tank indicated that the delivery was not in the amount I requested (was less). I immediately called the fuel oil company and was told that their employees usually leave a receipt and one would be mailed to me. They further stated that it was my gauge that was incorrect and a technician would be sent out. I waited 6 hours without a technician arriving. I called again only to have the person ask for my telephone number so I could be reached. I have not heard from this company as of this date and never received a receipt for the fuel delivered. It is now impossible to determine the exact amount of fuel delivered since I have have used some of the oil to heat my house.Desired Settlement: I would like a call and apology from the company that was sincere and would indicate that they value me as a client rather than putting me on the defensive and stating that I was wrong and how honest they might be.. They have done nothing to date to keep me as a valued customer.
