We requested service from this company to clean the 3rd story gutters and haul away debris earlier this summer. This is a rental property and we were unable to be present on the day of service. Our tenants called us to report that their service crew had been there less than 5 minutes, had not even unloaded the ladder on the back of their truck and that there appeared to be debris that remained in the gutters. I called the company to find out if there had been a miscommunication. They said they would follow up, but did not contact me and just sent me a bill. I attempted to follow up with them several times afterward and was mostly ignored until today when the owner, Chris, went out to verify the work. I asked to be contacted so that I could meet Chris onsite, but he ignored this request and went out anyhow. He was able to verify the work and I will be paying him per our contract, but I still find it a little strange that 5 minutes of work would cost this much and would have preferred more follow-up from his company regarding my service request. My experience with this business is negative because of the extremely poor customer follow-up. Furthermore, Chris has been argumentative about the issue and was curt with my tenant today over the matter. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
