Review: This "collections" company contacted me, and left a voice message of check/bank fraud. When I called them back they said I owed over $2,000 to HSBC. I explained that I have a settlement letter stating that do not owe that company any money. The man on the phone, [redacted], said that he could settle for $300 so his boss, [redacted], could reverse the court order. I told them they will not get any money from me, and I was going to contact the police for fraud. When I said that he put me on hold for a few minutes, and said his boss said we would go to court. When I researched this company, they had no website that I was told to look up from [redacted], but I did find this site, [redacted], with the exact same issue as mine. I have contacted my Attorney General for NC to file a complaint against this company. The man, [redacted], was VERY inappropriate on the phone and even insulting.Desired Settlement: I want this company to state that they are harassing people, including myself, and to never contact me again.
