Review: I finiaced a car for $9500 and the dealer won't honor warrenty on car. The transmission is burnt and he wants me to be responsible to repair. I already have had $6400 in repairs done to car in June and now the transmission is gone. I feel he sold me a lemon that I,m paying for and not able to drive. I have a 120 day warranty and it sat in shop 3 weeks during the time I,ve owned.Desired Settlement: To pay for all repairs or to reuimburse me for total amount car finiaced for.

[redacted] PURCHASED HIS VEHICLE FROM US ON [redacted] WITH A BASIC DEALERSHIP 30 DAYS OR 1,000 LIMITED WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE HAD 113,484 MILES AND BY LEMON LAW WARRANTY COULD BE SOLD AS-IS AS PER PAGE 5 SECTION 14 OF NY LEMON LAW WARRANTY. IN EITHER CASE NO CLAIM WAS MADE TO THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT SAID VEHICLE AS OF 3/27/2013. AFTER FURTHER REVIEW BY THE DEALERSHIP AFTER THE CUSTOMER CLAIM THE SAID VEHICLE WAS JUST PICKED UP AND JUST REPAIRED BY THE FENDER UNBENDERS AKA [redacted] DUE TO A COLLISION LOSS AT SOME POINT IN JUNE 2013 PRIMARILY TO THE UNDER CARRIAGE AND FRONT END/AXLE ASSEMBLY IN THE AMOUNT $5,989.57 AND PAID BY HIS INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER THE CUSTOMER WENT BACK TO THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM HE RETURNED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SAID THE COLLISION SHOP WAS DONE WITH VEHICLE. WE THEN AT THAT POINT OFFERED THE CU STOMER OUT OF "GOOD WILL" IF HE SUPPLIED THE TRANSMISSION UNIT AND ALL RELATED PARTS, THE DEALERSHIP WOULD INSTALL THE UNIT AT NO CHARGE (APX 16.2 HOURS LABOR).
