I am rejecting this response because: I paid for service to repair my phone as I needed the phone. I do not think of it as a valid solution by company. Hope this guides other consumers. Personally I would not recommend this company due to their actions and quality of work (or damage) done to my item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], at the time of filing I was under the impression that the business' stance was that they were going to do nothing further to resolve this complaint. After filing this complaint Iresq has contacted me and notified me that they are willing to fix the damages to my tablet and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
