Phone response - I did work at this apartment building , the job was changed from the original contract ( reduced area to be repaired) , so I verbally agreed to do additional work because of the promise of other jobs at the buildingI came back in the spring, and was told the additional work was not authorized, so I didn't do the "free work"As for the product on the patio, it was a bag of foam, which I told the consumer he could throw out, he said he wouldn't clean up after them, so instead he left his tenant with no patioThe iron bars were left on the pallet with the good leftover bricksUnknown where they went from thereIn the end, I am going to finish the "free work" agreed to this year

We will be there once the weather allows, please know the entrance will need to be blocked off

Finish is done, he tried to get more from my workers, items not part of the contract. We are complete.
