I have contacted the company several times for a return label so I can return my item for a refundMy item is a steering wheel cover and the inside is all crackedThey emailed me back one time, stating that the issue I have will need to be investigated since this has never happened before and that these steering wheel covers are unbreakableThey said after years of business and 1000's of these being sold, that has never happenedI sent them photos to show that the cover is cracked and I would like to return for a refundThey have not responded back yetIt's been two days since my last email to them
