Review: LSI failed to record our mortgage correctly. We are now unable to refinance our 1st loan without putting the 2nd with it.Desired Settlement: I want all funds paid to LSI in 2009 refunded to us. I also want them to assist in paying down $5000 so we do not have to refinance over 417,000 and only at a higher interest rate.
