Review: Recieved a letter on December 8, 2014, stating my home auction bid was rejected. The letter stated to,"call with any questions regarding the release of your earnest money deposit". I have called everyday since, leaving messages. As of the writting, no one has returned a call to me. I would like to know when I can expect my earnest money back?Desired Settlement: I would like my $4,725.00 earnest money returned. They have had it since November 17, 2014
