Hello [redacted] and [redacted], My name is [redacted] and I am the GSM for LSM Media. I wanted to let you know I reviewed the case. I believe this was a big misunderstanding between [redacted] and you. [redacted] has a very good customer service rating at our company and he truly thought you were signed up and on...

board to air the spots with us. We will void the bill invoice#[redacted] that is due with LSM Media. The spots that aired on 122, 1/23, 1/24 will be free of charge by LSM Media. We will send you the radio spot for the spots that aired free of charge. This way you will have it for your records. A lot of clients of ours put the spot on their social media or websites. Down the road if you are more financially able to participate we would be proud to have your business name airing spots with us. We will also send you an email confirming this. Thank You [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/05/12) */
We have called and reached out to this client. Our sales representative [redacted] requested that the spot times be emailed and they were in a four hour block time (6am-10am). It seems that the client was thinking we would email them...

the exact time by the minute. The previous time this client signed up the spot was in a four hour block as well. We normally don't issue exact times. I have attached the affidavit showing that spots did air at great times. On 3/26/14 the bonus spot aired online, 3/27/14 it aired at 9:17AM and on 3/28/14 the spot aired at 12:18PM. These were all the times that were on the invoice we sent out on 3/3/14. The reason we did not respond to the clients email is because it was sent to our billing email billing@[redacted], which is outgoing only. An automatic reply gets sent back explaining this to anyone who emails. . All emails need to sent to [redacted]. On the invoice we sent out via mail and email it says to contact us at [redacted] or Call [redacted]. We believe in customer service and If our customer service representative would of saw the email that was sent to our outgoing email: billing@[redacted], we would of contacted the client immediately. I have tried to reach out to this client right away when I saw the Revdex.com complaint. This is the only way we found out about the issue. If the client would of called us or emailed us we would of been aware of the specific request. We have emailed and called the client as a good gesture and offered to re-air five free spots for this client, email them the exact times and give them a free copy of the radio spot for their records. This is over a 459.00 dollar value. We believe in customer service and we provided the service we promised in the original agreement. We our also willing to offer the free spot run because the customer is unsatisfied.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/05/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
May 20, 2014
I believe that I was misled by Lsmedia. I have reason to believe that the radio advertisements in which my business was supposed to be advertised were never produced or aired. I was supposed to receive a phone call from the office staff of your company and was supposed to be notified of a two hour possible playing date and time that the radio ad was going to be played. There was also a payment plan that was purposed, but again did not occur. I received a phone call two days later in which payment was required immediately. There was no communication between staff at the station and clients. I addressed my concerns with Mr.[redacted] several times about dealing with out-of-area advertising. I was also pressured into purchasing radio time by other staff members. I was not contacted whatsoever by the Lsmedia for a review on my advertisements. I do not want radio time; however, I would like my $648.00 back for both advertisements in the form of a Cashier's Check, immediately.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2014/06/04) */
We have provided the legal affidavit showing each radio spot aired and the mp3 of the radio spot as evidence all services were provided. If a spot was not aired we would without hesitation issue a refund. We provided all services. As a good gesture we will air you 5 free spots and give you exact times for each spot. We will also provide you a copy of your radio spot. In addition we also will remove you from our system. The 5 free spots can be retrieved at your convenience. Airing the 5 free spots is a more than generous offer since we performed all services that were purchased.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never received any radio air times nor did I hear the radio ads, so this never happened. Until a Cashiers check is mailed to me this issue will remain unresolved.

We have reviewed your account.  LSM Media strives for great customer service.  We have made your balance 0.00 with us.  As a good gesture we will also re-air 5 free spots and provide you with an MP3 copy of your radio spot. In addition we never heard from you when you didn’t hear your...

announcements played in January. The calls you were receiving were from our billing department . On 10/31/14. Mr. [redacted] agreed to air spots with LSM Media. His spots were scheduled to air 11/24/14,11/25/14,11/26/14,11/27/14,11/28/14. the bill was due seven days after the last spot went off the air. The bill was due 12/5/14. Mr....

[redacted] claims he did not hear his announcements. The announcements aired betwen 7pm-midnight each day. I have been in the radio business a very long time. It is very hard to sit and listen for 5 straight hours for a 30 second spot. I am not saying Mr. [redacted] didn't do his best to hear it. Unfortunately he missed it. Many other people in the community listening did hear it. When Mr. [redacted] listened for an entire week and did not hear anything, we never recieved one phone call with any concern or issue, even after repeated bills being sent to Mr. [redacted]. The only time we heard about his claim of the spots not airing is when the bill was months past due and the collection department was calling Mr. [redacted] for payment. We value customer service and are record speaks for itself. I have reached out to [redacted] Media who processes these spots at [redacted] and tracted down the Proof of airing document from [redacted] showing the exact times the spots aired on [redacted] FM. This is directly from the radio station. It shows the same times that were on Mr. [redacted]'s invoice/bill that we sent him when he signed up to air spots with LSM Media. I also attached the LSM Media spot log and schedule that gets processed by [redacted] Media and forwarded to [redacted]FM. In addition LSM Media has attached a copy of the actual radio spot mp3. LSM Media charges 35.00 for this. We have given this free of charge. Mr. [redacted] signed up for a service that we provided. The service was not if he hears the spot he pays the bill. The service is we produce a great message that goes out in the community with his name attached to it and airs on a great radio station in his area. The bill was due on 12/5/14. We performed our service. Its unfortuante that Mr. [redacted] didn't get to hear the great message we aired for him. This is why we attached the radio spot free of charge. As far as the collection calls he has recieved, we have put a restriction on the account. As of today 6/19/15, no collection calls will be made to his bussiness. If Mr. [redacted] pays the bill in the next 30 days from today all late charges will be waived. LSM Media will restrict this bussiness in our system. If payment is not recieved than it will get forwarded to a collection agency. LSM Media has gone above and beyond to work with Mr. [redacted]. We have extended another 30 days which now takes the bill being over 7 months past due. We have included the radio spot and showed proof of airing directly from [redacted] Radio. As soon as we had any knowledge of Mr. Warricks concerns we responded right away.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
